The course is ideal for enthusiasts who wish to roast and drink fresh coffee from the comfort of their homes and coffee professionals who wish to pursue roasting as a career 

Professional Coffee Roasting: (Theory and Practicals)

Duration: 3 weeks

For coffee professionals desiring to advance in the coffee industry as MASTER ROASTERS

Course content:

The course delves deeper into the world of coffee science. The parameters to be observed, and the controls to be taken to have a perfect roast. The course is also meant to sensitize students on the factors to consider before, during and after roasting.
